Mike started his career with Lloyds Bank, moving to Royal Bank of Scotland where he was in charge of a team of Financial Consultants within 18 branches, located in Central and South London.He then helped set up a Discretionary Investment Management business as Regional Manager for the South East and in 2003 moved to St. James's Place, to help set up Huntsbridge Wealth Management. Mike holds the Investment Management Certificate, Financial Planning Certificate, Diploma in Financial Planning and Mortgage Advice Qualification.

Nichola Fleming, a founding Director of Huntsbridge Wealth Management Ltd, has 17 years experience within Financial Services. Nichola started her career with Abbey National and progressed to Discretionary Investment Management, prior to joining St. James's Place in 2004, to help set up Huntsbridge Wealth Management. Nichola holds the Investment Management Certificate, Certificate for Financial Advisers and the Diploma in Financial Planning.
